How is my estimate calculated?
Estimates come from our standardised BOQ — material rate × quantity (plus wastage) + labour, with a transparent margin and 18% GST. You see the full itemised breakdown before booking.
How much do I pay to book?
A token amount (a percentage of your estimate) confirms the booking. The balance is paid as work progresses, and the token adjusts against your final bill.
Are the partners verified?
Yes. Every partner completes KYC verification (government ID, e-signature, live photo) and accepts the MH partner agreement before taking jobs.
How is quality ensured?
Each activity follows the MH Project Handbook checklist across pre-execution, during, and post-execution stages. Milestones are OTP-secured and a failed check raises a priority incident.
Can I track my project?
Yes — your project page shows status, the activity checklist, end-of-day updates, payments, and your bill.
What if I need to cancel?
Cancellations before work starts are handled per the cancellation terms shared at booking. Reach out via Support and we’ll help.
