Terms & Conditions

By using the Made in Home platform you agree to the following terms.

1. Services

Made in Home connects customers with verified construction and interior partners. Estimates are generated from our standardised BOQ and material catalogue and are indicative until the scope is locked.

2. Bookings & payments

A booking is confirmed on payment of the token amount. The balance is payable per the agreed schedule. All amounts are inclusive of applicable GST as itemised in your bill.

3. Scope & changes

Once a project scope is locked it cannot be altered without a revised estimate. Additional work is quoted separately.

4. Partner obligations

Partners must complete KYC verification, accept the partner agreement, and execute work per the MH quality checklist. A platform fee is deducted from the partner’s final settlement as specified in the agreement.

5. Liability

Made in Home facilitates the engagement and quality process. Statutory warranties on workmanship and materials apply as per the project agreement.

6. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India.
